Reinstatement and Full Replacement

*Local Building Regulations may insist on your windows being Double Glazed.

• Prepare site by covering floors with protective film
• Cover furniture, beds etc with plastic sheeting and fresh dust sheets
• Erect pole system to isolate windows with internal polythene screening (space must allow)
• Dismantle and remove old Box Frame carefully from brickwork
• Prepare opening and install new box frame
• Install new sashes and retaining beads, using new cords and weights
• Retaining beads have integral draught proofing
• Product fully decorated with 3 coats of Microporous Acrylic Paint
• Re-point and make good any disturbed plasterwork
• Fit new architrave and nosing
• Complete by making good pin holes, cleaning glass and fitting a new suite of window furniture including security and safety stop bolts.
